Brad describes himself as a "happily married father of two." Although a native of Washington State (born in Shelton; raised mainly in Spokane), Brad spent about 20 years elsewhere. After a hitch in the U.S. Navy, he lived for 17 years in the deep South. The Lord moved Brad and his family back to the Pacific Northwest in 1998.

While in the Navy,
he was baptized into Christ (12/77). He enjoyed traveling through Europe while stationed in Sardinia, Italy on the USS Howard W. Gilmore: 8/77-12/78, and Dunoon, Scotland aboard the USS Holland: 1/79-7/80.


OCCUPATION
Brad has been a minister since 1982, serving churches in Tennessee, Georgia, and Washington. For eight years he worked as a writer, editor, and lecturer in the field of Christian evidences at Apologetics Press where he was the Director of Biblical Research. Brad also served as a member of the adjunct faculty of Faulkner University. He has been the Senior Minister of the Issaquah Christian Church in the greater Seattle area since 2001.

INTERESTS
Christian theology, photography, skiing, camping, hiking, classic cars, playing guitar, and listening to almost all kinds of music (especially contemporary Christian and smooth jazz).
